Very disappointed on the service that was done on my car. The first time I dropped off my vehicle to the dealership to fix a malfunction on the steering wheel. They didn’t have the parts and needed to reschedule. The second time I dropped off my vehicle the dealership was able to fix the malfunction with my steering wheel. But unfortunately the technician that was servicing my vehicle damaged the plastic attached to my sheering wheel and now there is deformities. You can tell the technician pulled the hard plastic back and didn’t install a new piece. Resulting again in deformation of the wheel and is very uncomfortable driving the vehicle. I thought this repair would be able to replace everything but didn’t. I will be contacting the dealership first thing in the morning.

She was very pleasant to talk to and attentive to my needs. She provided information that I requested such as the prices for the cost of an alignment, tire rotation, oil change and kindly wrote it down on my paperwork to reference if I forget. She answered some questions that I had as well. I’d definitely come back and recommend my friends/family shop at Schaller as well.
