Based on the multi point checklist attached to the invoice, I was told that I would need new brakes in the near future. I said that didn’t sound correct since my car only 7,600 miles. Then I noticed the customer name on the checklist was not mine and pointed it out to Keshanna, who replaced it with the correct checklist, which indicated every was satisfactory.
