Based on the multi point checklist attached to the invoice, I was told that I would need new brakes in the near future. I said that didn’t sound correct since my car only 7,600 miles. Then I noticed the customer name on the checklist was not mine and pointed it out to Keshanna, who replaced it with the correct checklist, which indicated every was satisfactory.
Ms.Osborne is an excellent customer relation officer. She been in that position will encourage your customers to service their vehicle more often. Good choice.
