Service was excellent! My only constructive criticism is regarding the location of he key dropbox. I had to get one of the salesmen (Mike) to tell me where it was. Seems like somewhere near the Service Reception garage door would work better. Better illuminated area also.

I immediately was greeted upon my arrival and offered a cup of coffee while I was signing in. Jason was extremely courteous. He was able to answer all my questions and kept me abreast on the progress of my vehicle. We’ll be seeing again but for my wallets sake hopefully not too soon.
Jason was very pleasant and greeted me with a smile and warm welcome. He explained to me what was going to take place. At the end of the service due to there not being a person to wash my car,I received a voucher to be used at any time.

Joe helped make a less than ideal situation as painless as possible. I was particular impressed with the contact that was maintained from his end. I’ve been driving for 40+ years and am used to having to chase dealerships to get updates.
