Kesh wasn’t working today. The past 2 days she answered my texts promptly and kept me updated on my car. She wasn’t in today and I initiated contact around 2 to check on the status of my car. When the pick up time didn’t work for me, I called and texted and got no response. Needless to say, you’ve had my car for 3 days, picked up the wrong part, and then didn’t keep me updated today. This hasn’t been my experience in the past with Schaller so I’m disappointed in this experience.

Brian was great, but I sometimes had trouble getting the service department when I called. We were very happy to be able to get a loaner vehicle while our car was being serviced.
