Broke down on highway day after I picked up vehicle at Schaller. Same problem. 3rd time in shop. 5 hours waiting for tow. 3 kids in car. Side of highway. Lost power to vehicle, so not just ADS light. Please call me first thing Monday morning. ****-****-xxxx.
Since I have purchase my Acura I have always had great service for the dealership. The service department communicates with me and lets me know what is happening with my car in a timely manner. Craig is very flexible with my schedule when he is picking up and dropping off my car. I highly recommend!!

I noticed a discrepancy with the tire alignment. Car leans to the left when trying to drive straight. I notice it not being at a 90degree right angle and is slightly at a 100degree angle. Meaning 90degrees represents the wheel being in the normal straight position but the 100 degrees shows it needing to be slightly left to bring the car in a straight position. II spent over $1,700 on new tires and having the job right but it is not. I will be contacting the dealership.

Good morning, it was July 3rd got there early for my 3 appointment. As I waited for my car, at 430 I noticed it seemed you were closing for the holiday. I went to the service Area and my service person had left for vacation. I asked people about my car and they started to search for the paperwork. They finally found it on the guys chair they double check to make sure the oil was changed. Luckily the manager that was there that day came over and apologized and gave me my oil change for free so that was nice and I always come to you guys for my oil change so maybe next time when it’s a holiday the guy that’s leaving on vacation make sure that his customers are all set or give it to another service technician to close out. Thanks again for everything.
Discovered the technician neglected to put the oil cap back on after the oil change.
