Joe did a great job from start to finish. Explained everything and showed me all the prices in advance. I felt very comfortable authorizing the repairs. The loaner was great too!!
I also want to give a thumbs up to John, the mechanic who did the video and showed me the issues with my car. As a customer seeing is believing and the way he explained what needed to be done made me feel very comfortable authorizing the repairs.

Communication wasn’t what I experienced over the many
years of working with Schaller and a little disappointed
that having my car for 10 days I couldn’t get a loaner car.
Otherwise the work on my car seems to be excellent

The TEAM in your service department is 1st rate. I picked up a spike and destroyed a sidewall. A called late in the day and Gary returned my “AFTER HOURS” told him my situation and he worked up pricing and even some options. I told him I’d let him know in the morning. He let me know they were short staffed and it might be two days before I could get my car back. Later I looked on line and found prices weren’t that much cheaper. Having bad experiences at big box stores it came down to one thing! You can’t buy Quality Service! My wife has purchased 7 vehicles at Schaller Acura and was correct in recommending you. Thank you Joe, & Brian. And I got my car back the same day! I’m a very happy customer.
Joe was a true professional, he adressed all our requests and provided us with a ride to go eat breakfast while our car was being serviced
Brian has always, and continued today, to provide exceptional service. I know that currently many communications, including this one, are automated. Brian supplements the algorithms with personal phone contacts and in-person interactions which are always pleasant, informative and much appreciated. Honestly, Brian is the reason I use your dealer for even routine service. There’s lots of “express” oil change stores between Tolland and Manchester. I trust Brian and that’s why I make the drive. Keep him happy; he’s one-of-a-kind!

Excellent service. They took the time to explain everything.
Joe was friendly, professional, and fully explained the 25 point inspection results to me. He advised a transmission fluid change and explained that my clutch is wearing but not yet in need of replacement. Joe explained without putting any pressure on me to act on any of the service recommendations. Schaller Acura has my trust and loyalty in handling all of my auto service needs.

Joe is the best Service Advisor I have had at any dealership period. I literally sit with friends and family and talk about what a good service advisor he is and how I feel like my vehicle is in great hands when it is at Schaller Acura.

I liked being shown pictures of the worn break pads. You have confidence when you see why the work they suggest needs to be done.
