I felt like I was bothering Nancy when I called to check up on my car. I called a number of times to check on the car but was never called to be given an update. This would have kept me from calling. When I called her she seemed as though she was too busy to give complete information. I had to keep questioning and I felt rushed. This is the second time that my car has been at Power Swain under Nancy. I bought my car there and continued to have it serviced and never have I felt like I was a bother to any of the employees. Once I returned from overseas I went to Reed Lallier and had my car maintenance done once, but bc I had had great service with Power Swain in the past, I took it back once I got settled. The service has not been the same.

Nancy has assisted me by taking it a step forward to ensure that great customer service was rendered. At first, I was not getting her calls and messages. But after getting with Mr. Bill the service manager, we found that my carrier Tmobile was blocking calls and labeling it as spam (due to the multiple lines used outside of the main line) and was not showing up a missed call or voicemail. We were able to show proof of this discrepancy, find a solution, and complete the serious service my car needed. I came to power swain from the other dealership because the service dept. Is night and day with all around treatment and service from the beginning to the end of your repair. The shuttle guys are awesome, the expectations are clear, the dealership as whole cares. Darrius is awesome as well, but Nancy really has shown me (because she was the first rep. to assist me outside of of him). I can trust another representative because she works hard, has customer care and experiences, and goes above and beyond. This is priceless and rare to find in the times we are in now.

Now that I look at the car's front, as it came from the factory, I see that the paint matching and colors are the same. There are definitely some fish eyes in the paint and some buffing that needs to occur still. Plus, there are some loose panels and the car was not cleaned of mildew. I still think the whole thing should have been done quicker. ****-****-xxxx I'd appreciate some help. Chris

My telephone number was incorrect in the system. When I brought my car in I asked Nancy to correct it, but when I came back a week later to pick up my car I asked her about it and it still hadn’t been corrected. She did fix it before I left though. Also, my car was in your shop for a week, and I never once got a single call from Nancy or anyone to provide me with updates. I just kept calling every 2 or 3 days and they said they still hadn’t found a reason for the check engine light. Then, after my third call into them, they said I could come pick it up. I didn’t need the car right away, so this wasn’t too big of a deal. But, someone who only has one car might need prompt notification of updates i.e. for rental car purposes while their vehicle is in your shop. I will say though, Nancy did seem overwhelmed and overworked while I was there, so maybe there aren’t enough service desk workers, or someone was out on vacation or something?
