All the people were perfect but the part I need is on back order
Thank you for always taking care of my MDX’s over the years. The service Dept and staff have always been professional and have always communicated well when repairs are needed.
I had unexpected work that needed to be done - all 4 brakes and 4 new tires. I appreciate that this was able to be completed without setting up new appointments. I was provided with a beautiful loaner car, as I needed to pick up my car the next day in order to have everything completed.
Geri-Lynn is totally professional and friendly. She had made each visit to the dealership pleasant. They are consistent with providing a great service and experience. I would recommend them to anyone. The feeling that they genuinely care is obvious.
