Acura of Auburn service I was supposed to get tires rotation for free, but I had to pay 30 usd, when I changed the oil they didn't remind me and they acted like they didn't know I am not disappointed in Acura of Auburn my mother is disappointed in the people working in it, they seem to discriminate against me..

Please permanently fix the issues with pebbles getting Stuck in the wheel plate. Thai is the second time I’ve had to bring in my 6 month old car. It’s a hassle and the sound it makes is ear piercing.

The only challenge I initially experienced was actually getting in touch with the Service Dept. (took multiple attempts to get through despite calling at different times of day). However once in touch with the Service representative (Geri-Lynn), scheduling an appt. was fast and easy. The service was completed within a realistic time frame and all staff remain welcoming and friendly.
