Natasha was friendly, attentive and consistently informative. I felt that I was updated about the status of my vehicle every step of the way. Had a great experience with Joel in service. 2 months after buying the car i started hearing a noise. Brought it and without any hassle Joel found the problem was the water pump. Showed me exactly where the problem was with a printout of the part, which I appreciated. Took the time to explain how things work. Lucky for me the part was in stock and he changed it on the spot under warranty which i appreciated even more. Almost seemed too easy... great experience!

What do you want me to say. The bill was outrageous but I was told by Joel that it would take about 2 hours when it took almost 6. When I got home I realized they had broken my drivers side mirror. I think I’m done with Ron Bouchard’s

Dillon is your most valuable service writer. He is the first and last person I see at your dealership. He is friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares for the customer. On a level of 1 to 10...he is a 15! The last time I was at your dealership, I wouldn't respond to the satisfaction survey and the reason I was there today is I found out Dillon was back.
