Had a great experience with Joel in service. 2 months after buying the car i started hearing a noise. Brought it and without any hassle Joel found the problem was the water pump. Showed me exactly where the problem was with a printout of the part, which I appreciated. Took the time to explain how things work. Lucky for me the part was in stock and he changed it on the spot under warranty which i appreciated even more. Almost seemed too easy... great experience!

Dillon is your most valuable service writer. He is the first and last person I see at your dealership. He is friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares for the customer. On a level of 1 to 10...he is a 15! The last time I was at your dealership, I wouldn't respond to the satisfaction survey and the reason I was there today is I found out Dillon was back.
I am very happy with the service I received, all seems good. The alignment adjustment seem to really do the trick, pleased all around.
