Very satisfied except customers should be reminded up front to bring a check book to avoid huge fees from using a credit card. I and to pay an additional 100 dollars in a credit card fee. I would have brought a check book and I known ahead of time!
Natasha and Dillon were fantastic! Natasha helped me when with an early check in by a few hours for an oil change. I was called in hours before a shift for an extra overnight at the pharmacy by the hospital to ensure they weren't closed, so it would have been unsafe for me to drive for an overdue oil change appt for 1030a when I was out of work at 7a. She was courteous, professional, and very accommodating. Dillon helped me with a lost item since I was pretty beat by the end of it and I'm more than grateful. I've had nothing but good experiences with this location.You have a solid team at ron bouchard Honda!
