Stay open later to pick up cars after service
In looking over my invoice, I don't believe I was properly credited for the $98.95 Oil Change & Tire Rotation coupon I presented when I checked in
Natasha did a great job today! Keep me informed and answered all my questions. Ron Bouchard Co is lucky to have an employee like Natasha. Do what you have to do to keep this employee - maybe a nice Holiday Bonus or recognition for getting a good customer review.

Just upset that the tires only last 30,000 miles..allegedly.
I’m usually happy with the service but yesterday they lost my keys. I had to wait 2 hours even though I came well after my car was done. They had to make me a new keys and took up an unexpected length of time in my day. Not cool.

I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau in regards to the lack of integrity shown by your service department. Twice now I have taken my new vehicle to have a tire rotation and oil change (it was a free service offered after I purchased a new vehicle from your establishment-which I will never do again!).~and TWICE now I have been LIED TO about the services rendered. II had marked my tires prior to having them rotated and on both occasions my receipt read that the technician rotated them. My tires were never rotated. When I brought this up to one of the technicians he had the nerve to ask ME for PROOF. This place is a joke. Honesty and integrity are lacking at Ron Bouchards. Buyer beware. Do NOT have your car serviced there and DO NOT give this place your business!
