He went above and beyond. Waited for me till I got there to pick up my vehicle. I wasn't aware that the store closed earlier on Saturdays. Very responsible. Excellent customer service.

I just bought a new CRV with tow package. Tow package was on back order so I had to return for install when it came in. It took all day. They did not order or install the electrical harness. Had I not asked they literally would have sent me away with a tow package that you could never tow anything with. Fortunately when I asked where the electrical harness was they acknowledged one was not installed and was not even ordered. My original sales person was actually walking by and agreed with me that this was agreed upon at the sale that I was getting a complete tow package. They said they would order one and I’ll need to leave the vehicle again for it to be installed. At this point I would at least like to be offered a loaner vehicle for the next time I need to leave my car, ideally whenever I leave my car there for service. I have bought 2 new cars and traded one at Honda Lancaster but this experience did not give me a lot of confidence that people know what they are doing in sales and service.

Install recall part was defective preventing the service; now I have to bring the vehicle in again

Dillon was great and very helpful but unfortunately the shop was out of the cable that I came in for (as part of a recall) despite me having an appointment. He was apologetic and it was not his fault, I just wish someone had contacted me before I drove all the way out there.
