Todd did an outstanding job with ensuring that I knew what services my car needed as well as discussing which may not be necessary at this time (i.e., new tires since I’m planning to buy a new car this year).
Jamie was extremely helpful providing info on the 2024 Honda CR-V hybrid that I’m considering buying this year. I plan to reach out to Luis in Sales as I talked to him a few months ago when the new hybrids were harder to locate.

I wish someone told me when I came in a few weeks ago for the oil change that I had to use a debit card or I would be charged 30.00.
I noticed that charge when I got home and thought it was a paper work charge. .when I came in today I noticed the paper on the back of the computer screen.
He was very knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable.

I had my tires rotated and almost every single tire has a mark on the rim from the tool when it was rotated. Not impressed since this vehicle isn't even a year old and I know for a fact it had no marks as it was washed by hand recently and had no issues with the rims. Absolutely unacceptable.
