Auto-idle didn’t work because battery was charging (according to message). You found the battery to be at 20%. Why would a brand new car that gets a bunch of driving have a battery at 20%? Either the battery is bad, or something is wrong with the charging system. I was told to bring it back if it keeps happening, but this was the second time it has been in for this. And it auto-idle still didn’t work after my 15 minute drive home in RT 2.
Jimmy was very polite and professional. He answered all questions that I had and was knowledgeable regarding the services required for my vehicle.
