Fixed the problem, charged what he quoted. Helped my husband make an apt for his Honda truck. BERY pleasant, efficient. Got us in and out in no time, while still answering all r questions.

No complaints about personnel. Natasha Allen was very personable and helpful. She told me service would take approximately 1 1/2 hours. After waiting for an extra 1 1/2 hours, I walked over to checkin/checkout station to be told car was ready and payment papers were being printed. I could see my car parked outside of the building and was told Natasha had to leave for “whatever” reason. The service department was busy but it would have been nice to have been checked out when car was ready and not having to wait. I received a text at 3:30 telling me the car was ready. I know things happen that can’t be helped but it would have been nice for someone else to have taken over her “clients” and checked me out.
