The 2012 Honda Pilot was brought in because the alarm was going off intermittently. This happens mostly at night but sometimes it occurs in the afternoon. I called and spoke to a girl that said they could do a diagnostic for $180. When I spoke to Dillon in person he seemed certain that removing the after market remote start would solve the problem. I pad $360 for this service and the alarm went off at 1 in the morning. Please have someone call us at ****-****-xxxx. Thank you. Diane

Service has got much better then years before . I like that u give ride to my work don’t have to 2 hours wait around there until finish . Mr Steve shuttle driver good guy and was good to chat with him . Service guy jimmy was nice too. Suggesting) u should do small everyday repairs walk in service (oil change etc..)

We brought a tire in to be repaired on Saturday. They told us it wouldn’t be ready till Monday. We said fine. Call Monday morning late morning to see if tire was being worked on told it wouldn’t be started until 5 PM was not happy because no one had called to tell us, come Tuesday morning. Call to see if tire is worked on no the tire is not worked on again. Go to an appointment. Tire is supposedly just being worked on at 12:30 in the afternoon. No one calls to say what is going on. Communication is horrible just like the last time we had service done which I should’ve filled out this survey and didn’t.
