Jimmy was awesome as all the folks at Bouchard have been so far. I do wish I was not charged a deductible on the AC fix. Regardless of it potentially being something that had been checked on the car when I bought it, the very first time I went to use it, it did not work. If I had bought it in May instead of march I would have found out sooner.. bottom line was I bought a car with broken ac and I feel it should have been taken care of without charge.
