Next time he should offer the customer a car wash coupon at the end of the service. Also he should at least smile or say something to the customer as he hands the coupon to them. He had no facial expression and said nothing after I asked him for one and as he handed me the coupon. I felt like he was unhappy that I asked him for one. I felt very uncomfortable in his presence and quickly walked away to my car.
