I did fill out a survey, but I also called the service department asking for Joel Friday and pending his call back.
Natasha was wonderful to work with from check in to check out. I had my car serviced after not passing the emissions portion of the state inspection and after continued frustration with some local shops she was quick to diagnose the issue and destined to get my vehicle to where it needed to be.
Great customer service in the vehicles runs really well for the years that it is Satisfied with it
Can not ask why EV has so low gas mileage. Can’t provide my purchased protection plan details.
