Very happy with service on my car. Still disappointed that after owning vehicle for a year, Honda doesn’t have a fix to get my wireless charging mat to work

Dillon is one of your greatest assets and the reason that I still do business with Ron Bouchard Honda. After having a bad experience a few years back with a different customer service representative, Dillon stepped in and made everything right and then some. To this day he goes above and beyond. Honda should feel very lucky having a young man like Dillon representing their company.

They stated my auto start worked, I checked as I left, and it still didn't work. I was then given the number to Micorp, and will have it fixed myself, even though I was told to always bring it back to Ron Bouchards, and it would be covered.
