The service was superb; but, the fee for using my credit credit was not made known at the time I placed the service appointment for the work to be performed - that's not good business. I don't carry that amount of cash and I don't carry around my checkbook. The fee should be refunded.

I had a good service experience but I do not like the new policy that you charge extra when using a credit card regardless of the amount of purchase.
