Natasha was awesome. She answered all my questions. She also provided information about a nick in my windshield and a couple small dents that I would like to get repaired. My appointment was at 12:00 (completed at 2:00) The below has no reflection on Natasha's service. It doesn't typically take long for oil change and tire rotation in the past. I arrived on time but it still took "2 hours" Also the sticker on the windshield did no get updated for my next service date. I didn't request a new sticker, because I was already late for an appointment. Respectfully, Paulette M

Although at one point it was noted that my appointment could possibly take a lot longer to what was previously thought … I was able to express my frustration with her at that time. She handled the situation very professionally and I shared my appreciation for her listening to my thoughts. My appointment then completed at an acceptable time from that announcement.

The service person was great as was the service. I am most unhappy with the 3.5% fee. I will be writing to the Atty General about this practice. If you have to pay a third party to deal with your credit card sales that's part of your cost of doing business. I shouldn't be footing the bill.

We came without an appointment and were told that the schedule was completely booked and that they wouldn't be able to look at it until tomorrow. We were going to leave, but Kameryn came over and was pleasant and accommodating. She kept me updated along day. My car was done by 330,April 24th. She's an asset to Honda.
