Fast service, kept me inform of the progress of service, told me up front how much I would be paying for today's service, gave me options, provide info, knew what she was doing, and has knowledge of what should be done. She is great.
He was very friendly & knowledgeable with all my questions. I am planning to bring my daughter in also for service on her 2022 Honda CRV. We are both leasing our cars from Honda. Thank you again !

Kameryn is very pleasant to deal with in the Service Dept. She went above and beyond in helping me set up a deck chair outside in the sun, which I really, really appreciated. Thank you Kameryn! Interacting with this dealership's staff has always been way more positive than I thought possible.
I was very disappointed that no one mentioned that you charge 3 1/2% when using a credit card. That’s very important information that could be included in the text reminder or the email reminder. In addition I called the morning of the appointment to ask about adding the inspection sticker, and no one mentioned there either. There were at least three opportunities for someone to mention that and when we were greeted and went to pay with the card is when he pointed to the policy and asked if we had a checkbook or debit card on us. Which we could have very easily if someone had mentioned it in advance. Again, very disappointing.
He was super helpful and had much patience when I came in with an issue with my brakes. Unfortunately the squeaking of the brakes came back therefore the problem wasn’t entirely fixed
Thank you. I hope to hear from someone soon on the time line for the part to fix the window. I appreciate your department being able to have my car looked at it the day I called with the problem.
