Wanted to get an oil change and tire rotation 288 dollars very expensive. Last year they sent out a coupon in the mail. I was waiting for my car and in the waiting room they have a sign text rbouchard1 to 645244 to get 10 dollars off. But said expired 12/22/22 Leominster waiting room just to let you know
Issue with vehicle not resolved! Simple things like resetting low air in tires not reset, vehicle needs service not reset. Need to schedule brake replacement. No coupon for car wash given after requesting it. Price was high for front brake replacement

Your new surprise fee to use a credit card is a real disappointment. Your service manager said your company researched it, and it’s legal.
My research says it’s not. Just bring $3300.00 in cash he said! He did finally wave the fee.

I’m new to the area, and was hoping I had found a good place to get my vehicle serviced. I already feel I pay a premium to get serviced by a Honda dealer, but up until now I felt it was worth it.
Problem #2. My fog light was hit by a **** 3 years ago. I taped over the broken lens with tough clear tape. (It still worked) In most people’s opinion this does not pose a safety hazard to me or others. I don’t even use the lights, but they came with the package. This is its third inspection with the tape cover, the last being your dealership. I was offered to skip the inspection and “try” to take it elsewhere. I opted for your $300 solution, as I’m leaving town for a while, and don’t want to chance being un inspected.
Two negatives in one visit left me not very happy with your service. My service advisor was good, these things are not his fault.

There was a severe lack of communication throughout the whole process and nothing actually got resolved. Instead, I went without my car for 24 hours without any progress being made or effort to communicate before closing on either Friday or Saturday.
Katie was great!! I’ll definitely be back for future service at Ron Bouchard Honda!
