Got vehicle in b4 time so I could get it back sooner
He was upfront and honest. Had a noise I wanted looked at, he informed me of the diagnostic fee and stated if it was something minuscule I wouldn’t be charged the fee. After hearing that I was almost certain I was going to be charged the fee regardless of their findings. To my surprise when it was time to check out there was no diagnostic fee which was a huge relief. Not to step on toes but you never hear “honest” and “car dealerships” in the same sentence.
No comments needed. He was fantastic and kept informing me about my vehicle and was very thorough about pricing and what my vehicle needed. I would definitely come back again always. Everyone there at the service department is great

My family and myself Waited over 3 hours for an oil change & inspection sticker. I I also ask if someone could check a squealing sound and loud noise coming from the left side of the car . I was told they couldn’t hear anything when they tried to take the car for a ride .. Clearly that was B.S. because you can clearly hear a sound when driving the car . I am not Crazy I will never return to this dealership..

Dan went above and beyond To help me with this service appointment. I had to come in a little after 5:30, and he waited for me with the loaner vehicle. He also helped me move the car seats to the vehicle and entertained my grandson while I was putting the car seat in. It’s not often that car dealership and provided this type of service. My grandson talked about him all the way home and how the nice man liked his video game. Yet, another one of the reasons why I love Ron Bouchards! Thank you, Dan!!
