Your intake was crumsy to say the least. I had 5 contacts before my car was tagged for service. Rachel was great. The other guys in the bay kept telling to call someone. That was my first time for service on 12 day old car. Rachel saved the day and the other customer service rep.stephanie knew what could be done for improvements. She was a great listener.
The team forgot to wipe down the dash and the doors but that’s fine. I need to clean the car anyway And the windows looked fantastic! lol thank you so much.

After the initial diagnosis of the problem with which he knew we were not going to follow through with the repairs, he made no further contact with me. Not in the 24 hours afterwards and didn’t even come out to meet me when we came to clean out the car and get our belongings
