The car didn’t deliver clean. All windows has Waterspot which cannot be clean easily. The rear shade cover for trunk is missing.

Mark Molloy is a excellent customer service mgr. I’ve been extremely frustrated with the number of times I had to bring my car in to be fixed. Mark has gone the extra mile to make a bad situation more manageable. He has a great attitude and he works hard for his customers. He even dropped off a loaner car for me so I wouldn’t be without one this past holiday weekend. Exceptional service. Thank you, Mark.

Mark explained the timeline clearly for my modem upgrade and oil change. He kept me up to date on the estimated time and cost. He was very customer focused and did a great job. However, I was unable to test my remote upgrade because the website was down. My appointment was on Friday and as of today/Monday, I have not received the activation code so I will be calling the dealership Tuesday. Thank you, Patt Vilt

They didn't vacuum the back of my ca. Why would they clean the front and not back? Otherwise I was very satisfied with my experience.
