Mark, is the hallmark for any service department!!!! He should be manager. He goes beyond the customer expectations. While waiting for my car to be ready, I heard time and time again how the customers preferred to work with Mark!

The wait is always Excessively long! If I schedule 8:00 a.m. appointment I should NOT be still sitting there 8 hours later waiting for my appointment service to be completed. I understand that there are other customers being serviced, however is unacceptable for me to get there at 8:00 a.m. and not leave until after 2:00 p.m. and not being paid for my 8 hours!
