It took over 2 weeks to fix my car and I only received one jumbled up text during that time. I talked to Mark today and he told me the Volvo service would be open until 6 today and they closed at 5:30, so they closed before I could get there.

Volvo sent me a COMPLEMENTARY service coupon in the MAIL. I show up at my ASSIGNED time and it was like I shouldn't have been there. No time for other checks, which I mentioned relating to my full tank mileage number. It's off but no diagnostic things happening today. I waited 2 and a half hours for literally nothing. Not happy.
Length of wait for service with appointment seems excessive at four hours for the work to be completed.
