I called more than 10 times to speak with the service department. Everytime I went to voice mail. The receptionist called back but also could not get ahold of service. As a result, my 7:00 appointment did not start service until I could finally okayed the service on the app without speaking to anyone about the services. The 2 times I did speak to Mark, I was told he would call back and that he was checking on warranty info. He did not call back in the 5 minutes he claimed and instead called back over an hour later after dismissing me on the first call and hanging up. On the first call I asked why my regular service was not on the list of services being done as I had left on the paperwork when doing of the vehicle. He told me he didn't put it on since it was sick a large bill for service and only put the oil change on.
I do not appreciate making decisions on the car without consulting. He then did not explain that they weren doing a sludge cleaning in the car and now it is slipping on the shift down on a service that I would not have okayed! That is the point at which I went to the text and played the services so that I could get my vehicle back. Ultimately at 1:30 it was too late and I had to come the next day instead interrupting my work schedule for an additional unplanned second day. When I came to get my car they could not find the keys for 30 minutes after I paid.
A great experience every time I come in.

I was a bit put off when I first arrived and was told I was an hour late. He let me know this more than once. Then he saw the note put on the form that said the client would be coming at 2:00.
The cost of my repair seem very excessive especially since I was charge $195 for a diagnostic concern and with in 5 miles of leaving my check engine light came on. When I arrived at work this morning the engine is on light came on after my car was off.

Mark was super friendly and helpful, but every-time I try to get in contact with volvo service department there’s no answer and have to sit through like 3 extensions to get the right number. Not a huge deal, but definitely annoying
