Joey was wonderful. Very professional, responsive and friendly. He even helped my 86 year old father on the phone when his car would not start. He walked him through how turn the wheel to unlock the key. He was patient

I’m happy with Steven but not with the 3 1/2 hours it took to get rear view mirror repaired by the technician. Seems like you need either more technicians or better trained technicians!

All I know is Subaru has a problem with their keys and steering wheel locking up. Surprisingly they don’t know haw to fix their own car.

The repair took two weeks to finish and the cost was prohibitive. Even though the problem started months ago and I made the appointment made on the last day of the warranty, it was not honored. I will not be bringing my vehicle back for normal repairs. This is my first Subaru and very disappointed in customer support. Joel, however was very professional and accessible.
While driving on expressway I still hear loud air leak from my windows .

The effort to arrive at a resolution for a simple request was not indicative of the service I've come to expect over the last 10+ years at International Autos Subaru. In addition, the Aha app used to update vehicle software is woefully inadequate and buggy, preventing me from taking care of routine maintenance by myself.
