Dominic did an outstanding job communicating all the issues. Today when I took my vehicle home ,the interior was dirty with the technicians handprints all over the back seats. Even spots on the front seats. I will have to get this detailed. I have light gray interior and now blackened by greasy or dirty hands.
I have left Dominic a message this evening on his phone for a call back tomorrow.

Phil did a great job A+ writing me up and getting me a $10 discount on my 6 month oil change service. However upon delivery of the vehicle I found oil on the front bumper of the car as well as oil in the engine bay around protective plastics pieces. Giving the condition of my cars engine bay which is immaculate, technician should have cleaned work area a little more proficiently, and as far as oil on front bumper that should have absolutely been avoided.

Dominik Popowicz was fantastic. This past Wednesday I had been driving and a rock flew into my window and cracked it bad. I called Subaru international in Orland Park immediately and spoke to Dominik and was able to bring my car in same day to get checked out. Dominik was very helpful in submitting the claim for my windshield as I had to get it fully replaced. Luckily they had the same windshield in stock and I was able to come in the next day to get it fixed. Dominik was very helpful and communicative during the whole process and made everything less stressful for myself.
