While I was satisfied with the service on the recall, upon receiving my vehicle, the valet handed me my paperwork and keys as I was looking on the recommended services needed. It stated several things, but one of those work orders was already completed that included a cabin filter, which was replaced when I got my last Oil change. This makes Subaru look an unprofessional & just trying to rack up extra charges for a service. It was already performed a few weeks earlier . Umm, I don’t think so

Evey Merriman provided an exceptional service. She was quick, knowledgeable with outstanding customer service skills and confident. She made my day. I’m very satisfied. When I’m ready for a new car purchase, I will definitely be coming to see Subaru in Orland Park. Also, noted that the representatives all worked as team players and, friendly. Sadly, not seen much in businesses. Exceptional experience…thank you!!!

All was well with the service BUT the showroom was very cold. I waited 2 1/2 hours with a winter jacket, hat, and gloves on the entire time. I was not alone either. Everyone in the showroom had their jackets on as well. I will probably look for another dealership. It was too much to handle.

Dominik was amazing. I had some additional needs and he accommodated every one, even after jumping through hoops to get me in a loaner, he still pulled off a miracle getting my car done by the end of the day saving my New Year's Day trip. I'm so appreciative of his extra work.
