Alex did a great job communicating every step of my service. My vehicle was in about a month ago for an oil change and tire rotation and developed a problem in the interim, Alex provided a detailed write-up for the technician and provided a detailed explanation of their findings including pictures of the problematic slide bolt in the brake caliper. I was glad to know the source of the problem. Will definitely continue to use this service department, much better than the Countryside Subaru location.
