Vincent was very helpful! Researched my maintenance history and discovered that I was never notified of maintenance that should have been done on previous visits. I have all my maintenance at Subaru for that reason. Glad Vincent was able to discover what needs to be done!
Very good service from drop off to pick up. Mr. Mintz kept me informed of progress of vehicle when at dealership. He answered all questions and reviewed bill with me.

Alex was great! Very polite, kept me informed regarding the service done in my car, and a great sense of humor.
This was my THIRD time getting my car fixed...a car I just bought a week ago. Everyone was nice and helped me, but it's been VERY frustrating dealing with all of this.
Also, Alex told me I could pick up my car until 7:30pm tonight, Friday. When I got there a VERY RUDE man said I was too late and I told him I was told I had until 7:30pm, he literally said to me "GOOD LUCK" in a nasty tone.
When I tell you I've had enough, I truly mean it. Hoping this is the last time I need to bring my NEW TO ME car back in for service!
