Patrick was very professical and polite a big improvement from my last visit. I am however concern about the issue I have regarding my lights. I have never own a vehicle that required as many replacements bulbs as I have had. At $60. A pop it highway robbery.

A conversation won’t be necessary. My husband felt as if none of his concerns were being heard. He only went to the Orland location because of other things needed from that area otherwise he would have taken the car back to Countryside. My passenger side window has been (goofy) for about 2 years but I couldn’t get it not go up when out at Countryside so they couldn’t suggest what the problem was now the window won’t go down completely at all and still won’t close every time without assistance. I can’t say I will ever return to Orland location for service and I’m sure my husband won’t.
She was very professional, informative. Also she checked up on me at least 2 times with updates on my car. Over all an excellent experience.

Service provider was kind and knowledgeable. But I asked him about a separate (non oil Change) issue I was having. He said he could potentially have it looked at , but did not follow up on that. And did not respond to my text after I left. I forgot to follow up before leaving myself , but then reached out via the message that was sent to me from him once service was complete. He did not respond to this .
The service was good. However I don’t know how we would solve the problem of my seat and mirror settings could be as close to what they were as possible. The settings are not automatic and leave my radio untouched.
The staff In doing their job well, also be mindful that the car is a personal possession of the customer. Just another point of view or perspective. Thank you so much for a job done well.
