My pleasure. Joey Hernandez was very thorough in finding out out of my concerns and explaining and teaching me so that I fully understood the functions of my Subaru and house to use them.
He also explained what was going on with my vehicle and what I needed to do to fix them and stay ahead of any further repairs at this time.

From the time I arrived until the time I left Patrick make sure I understood what was needed to be sure my care was tip top for the road-trip I was taking. Also when it came time to pay Heather was very efficient as well as friendly.
I don't think the problem with my car was addressed and I will probably have to schedule another appointment soon if it doesn't breakdown before then.
Costs alot for an oil change

Katelyn was very nice but whoever the gentleman was that frantically waved me away from the Volvo(there was no clear signage to show where the Subaru service door was) service door made me feel uncomfortably at the beginning of my visit. There were 2 red X’s at the entrance to the Subaru garage so I assumed I needed to enter where it was posted for Volvo.

When we bought Forester in January we were told that 5k service (oil change and tire rotation) will be complimentary. As I found today that was a lie.

Sam has given me the best customer service that I have ever had, there were problems with me not being in the system, he contacted other places and corrected it, he couldn’t find my warranty in the computer, and he again contacted people and took care of it, and I brought my Car in on a Saturday with only 3 hours before they closed without an appointment, and it was really busy, and he still took my car in and had it fixed before they closed. So he went above and beyond any customer service representative that I have ever dealt with and now I will always go to Sam for any problems that I have in the future, he is a keeper!
