Sam is always so helpful whenever I come in for car questions/service. I always look for him first when at at the dealership. He is one of the best car service people Subaru has!
My concern was I was in the waiting room for at least 2 hours waiting on a simple oil change only. I had an appointment at 8:30am and left the dealership at 10:38am. Tracy was an outstanding customer service rep for International Subaru. She was very courteous and had a wonderful personality. That morning was very busy. I understand that.
However, when you advertise Express Service and have an appointment, my expectation was 30-50 minutes for an oil change. Especially when you set your appointment on line and appointments were offered on the half hour or so.
There was another customer in the waiting room who had an appointment at 9:10 for a 36K mile checkup. She had her oil changed, tires rotated etc. and was out before me by 20 minutes.
That was my experience that day.

Ms. Spacucello greeted me in a timely manner with a smile and a “you have my undivided attention” customer approach. Tracy is one of the many approachable assets of Subaru. She kept me advised of repair updates and thoroughly explained the maintenance process while referencing my completed invoice and and inspection form.
Patrick was very professional and polite. An awesome Service Advisor. All of my questions and concerns were addressed promptly. I hope I get Patrick as my Service Advisor next time I am there. Thank you. Linda M
I wish I had been asked if I had any coupons - I had them in the glove compartment, but I forgot to bring them in with me. It would also be nice if you offered a senior discount.
Excellent service department staff, I drove 60 miles just to get my car serviced here. They are professional and friendly, the service area and waiting areas are as good or better than the showrooms. Truly enjoyable experience. Love this place, Compared to Napleton Subaru service Dept which feels like a cheap Jiffy Lube
