I hope everyone understands Kate D is the best - this service organization needs more people like her ! I have had inconsistent service at your organization except when KD manages the service ! It is always good !
I know the problem was complicated but it just took too damn long to fix. Maybe I could give more leeway here, but until Sam took it over, I could go a whole week without an update. That just feels inexcusable. With Sam though, I had 48 hour updates, which honestly was more than I needed but I was thankful at that point just to get some info.
