I needed a tire repair on my newly leased 2022subaru Forester. I presented my tire and wheel protection warranty and was told that it was not a nationally recognized plan and I would need to go to Merrillville Indiana to have my tire serviced. I contacted my sales person and was informed that my plan is nationally recognized, but just needed prior authorization for service. I was also told that what Subaru offers is the Equity Shield program and my plan was a in house plan from Ziegler dealership. Which is it? I Paid for the covered service out of pocket.

I had a long stay. I would recommend letting folks in my situation know they could get a ride or borrow a car to grab lunch or something. I did feel a bit stuck but I didn't ask.

Tracy and Katie knew who I was when I walked in the door. They are both professionals, quick to respond and very efficient. Tracy made every effort to ensure I was informed, had a loaner available, even overnight. I noticed that Tracy and Katie work very well together and covet for each other when one is busy with another customer.
