Not that this is going to matter. I brought my vehicle in March 10 and informed the service attendant that my vehicle was making grinding noises when my vehicle turned or went over bump. I made the statement “ I don’t know if it’s the shocks, struts, or what.” The attendant put down that I said the struts and struts. So the service team only looked at the struts and said they needed to be replaced. The service attendant then told my parts would be in the next Monday and scheduled my appointment. On the next Monday, I was informed my parts were not in and she shouldn’t have scheduled the appointment in advance. I was then informed that the parts department would call me when the parts came in and schedule the appointment. I waited two weeks and heard nothing and finally called the parts department. Who informed me that the parts have been in and someone should have called me. I scheduled the appointment on my own and had the parts replaced, which took over 5 hours. Once exiting your business, onto the street, my vehicle made the same noises I originally brought it in for. I then scheduled a new appointment date. On the new appointment date I again informed the service attendant of the issue and requested he listen to it himself. I was then informed that the drivers side bill joint was worn and needed replacing. Once completed, after almost 8 hours I spoke to the manager about my issues with my vehicle being misdiagnosed. He informed me that I told the service attendant that I told the service attendant that the issue was the shocks and struts, and that I had to understand my vehicle is 10 years old. The manager was also very rude and condescending. It is a shame because I was looking at purchasing a new Subaru at the end of this year, however I will never use your company again and make sure to inform my colleagues, friends, family, and anyone else who will listen to do the same.

Evey was very friendly and very knowledgeable. She let me know exactly what was happening and went out of her way to make sure that I understood.
I have always had great faith in International Subaru of Orland Park. They always to a great job on my vehicles and are very helpful. My only regret is that I purchased my Outback from Subaru of Countryside as they are not even close when it comes to service of their customers.
