The service that day was good. But i tried calling on Thursday to speak to someone because the subaru app did not work. I had not started the car with the app since the recall had been completed. I called to see if i had to do something like redownload the app or something. I called, got voicemail. Tried again and spoke to someone who said they would connect me to my service rep and i would be on a brief hold. I waited and waited. No one came to the phone. I waited 8 minutes in silence. Called back again to speak to service manager, was connected to a voicemail #193 whoever that is. Did not identify themselves. Called back again. The operator connected me to “another service manager”. I left s message, explained myself. Never did get a call back. That was at 4pm. I do not think i will come back for any service. I had to this time because it was a recall. I had to wait 2 weeks, no appointments after 2:30. I have a job. No idea how any working could mske these hours.
First time at this dealership and very happy with everything.

Didn’t use the coupon I gave when I checked the vehicle in. And it shouldn’t take more than 2 hours for just an oil change. And there’s a miscellaneous fee on my invoice with no explanation and I’m thinking that should have been a subtraction for my coupon instead of an extra charge.

The schedule person for service was not able to make good on his request for both time, duration, and availability of a loner when I dropped off my car The assistant service manager was less than professional with only responding Ok to all that was asked of what the scheduler assured me was going to happen but after my making things work out for me I told them to carry on with the recall and oil change To the service assistant manager’s credit he did try to expedite the process My complaint is and still with the scheduler and not service
Was given the inspection paperwork for the wrong car but otherwise everything was great and service done quickly
