Unsatisfied, I have been attempting to call and discuss this with Mr. Christopher Bard.
Dariusz and his team were amazing. Came in for an oil change but they identified 2 items that could have really been detrimental if gone untreated. Dariusz fully explained each item so I understood the magnitude of each item. Not only that, all of this was done same day via a walk-in because Dariusz was able to coordinate efficiently with his team. Amazing work all around!

Horrible experience! Serviced car for a spark plug/coil pack and cam cover leak. Spent 4,700 and had to bring the car back 3 times and ended up getting the car towed to another mechanic because now I need a new engine! Very dishonest and took advantage of me. I will never ever bring my car back to Audi in Orland! Manager won’t even give me a refund! I will be calling the corporate office to put a formal complaint in with them. Nobody should have to go through this.

I came in for servicing a flat tire replacement for 4 hours, and the service was not completed due to a warranty approval process delay. So I had to retrieve my vehicle and take it to another dealership tomorrow closer to my home.
