You should put all charges in the service estimates. I was charged an additional $60 for “misc charges” (which turned out to be disposal of fluids, which should be included in the “change fluids” service estimates, and tax - which I could see if that were left out, but really how hard is that to include?). No surprise charges/hidden fees…I’m already spending a lot of money servicing my car at the dealer.
There is also too much contact about feedback/surveys. It’s badgering. Should be optional. Also, one of the feedback requests was for a public Google review. I don’t want to do that.

Gerald is absolutely the best. A person you need to hold on to and reward accordingly. I have been working with Gerald through 3 generations of vehicles and I honestly do not believe a more customer focused professional could be found for the role he fulfills. It was a pleasure to work with Gerald. The reason for my visit was to correct a minor scuff mark on the right rear quarter panel which was on the vehicle at the time of delivery to me. Gerald’s professionalism is to be commended. He thoroughly explained what would be involved in the work and the estimated length of time for the work to be completed. I am totally satisfied with the result. You cannot tell where the scuff mark was located. My thanks to Gerald for his attention to detail which resulted in a very satisfied Audi customer.
