Service reminder on car not rest so still states that I am overdue for service Everytime I start the car...car was "washed" but there was still bird poop on the car when I left the service center. Also, not pleased with the fact that I still have not heard of any update to the anti theft update I received as it relates to my remote start. I was told when I took it in for the update I was told by the rep that I probably wouldn't be able to use my remote start with the update as they already had multiple complaints from customers. He said Kia was aware and was working on a solution for the vehicles with remote start...have not heard anything about this which is frustrating considering I paid for remote start when I bought the car

When scheduling my appointment and when filling out the drop off form, I asked about installing a remote starter and no one contacted me until I had to call and ask for an update, at which point they could not install the remote starter and didn’t have much information about it readily available. The software update was completed without issue, but I didn’t feel a great sense of customer service overall.
