I was satisfied with the how polite and professional he was, however I was not satisfied with how he was not willing or just couldn’t match a price from another Toyota service department to get my oil changed while you had my car there to get my tires rotated!? I think that is just bad business to not “FULLY” take care of your customers while you have them at your establishment!! You should allow your service team to negotiate a little to keep dollars there while you have the customer. I bought my car there and have ONLY had you guys service it since it was new!! Now I will be inconvenienced to go to another Toyota service center to get my oil changed because they are cheaper by like $35. I’m currently unemployed and every dollar counts, besides, $149 for an oil change is RIDICULOUS in my opinion!!! I may not come back there!

The only hitch was when the wheel well cover delivered was not the correct one, necessitating a third appointment. Not Jazz's fault. Otherwise, I've been very happy with the service I've gotten the last two times I've been to Envision. Jazz has gotten very good results in everything I've requested. Thanks!
