Ron Hefner did a good job on the recall work for our windshield wipers. It has rained since the repair was completed and the wipers have worked just fine.
Ford customer care already asked if I found someone to look in to the service advancetrac fault that I brought my motorhome in for.

They did a very good job figuring out what the problem was. I’ve had it to multiple mechanics. They have not been able to figure out the heating issue so they did a great job and figuring it out and getting a vehicle to warm up again.
