Kim is a prime example of what it takes to be a service manager! Speaking from experience, the service manager position is one of the toughest positions in the entire dealership. There are just as many success stories as there are struggles. With that, people assume that things just fall into place when they don’t know about all of your extra efforts to make it happen. Kim, you made it happen for me and I greatly appreciate it! Thanks again to everyone at Brown’s, it was great experience and keep up the great work!

After my vehicle was worked on the check engine light came back on. So I called to have it serviced again, once I got back into my vehicle after receiving it back from Browns the check engine light was still on but I still received a bill for Browns not doing anything to my vehicle. I talked with Danny about this bill, where he told me “he would get all the information”. After I heard back from him - I was told that the light could have came on at any time (“It was just a matter of time”) due to the hole in my grill (which I’ve had for awhile and it’s never caused me a problem, until bringing my vehicle to Browns). I was told that a technician could have bumped into something causing the sensor to come but “it was just a matter of time until it came on”. I drove my car not even 3 miles after Browns “fixing” it and the check engine light came on. I was billed from Browns for NOTHING after just having it the shop two days prior; there is no work done shown on my bill. This bill has been paid but I will no longer be getting any service done from Browns in Guttenberg nor will I refer Browns to anyone I know and I will pass my experience on to others.
Check Engine Light came back on after barely driving it; pulled a code after I got home: P059F-00 Active Grill Shutter Performance. Called the service department as soon as it came back on, will be calling again tomorrow morning.
