Miguel and everybody else in the service department always provide top notch quality service. They treat me and all customers as part of the family and are always ready to answer questions and take care of what concern one might have. To top it off, having Alyssa to call me and make sure that I was happy with the service is just icing on the cake.
Andrew was helpful from scheduling my service visit and communicating with me throughout the time my car was being worked on.
Overall my experience was exceptional.
The team successfully diagnosed the car’s issue and addressed it. Miguel also kept me up to date regularly throughout the process.
The only thing I would say service advisor was great experience is good waiting 24 days to have a car serviced is a little excessive. I understand parts sometimes take a while August vacation for Ferrari in Italy they can’t have one or two people in Italy for warranty work for $500000 car u can’t have a window overnighted. But I guess it is my problem.its fixed so just bitching

This was my first time ever using the Ferrari Houston dealership or service department. I called Andrew mid morning with an issue my 488 pista was having. He showed an excellent amount of knowledge on the phone and gave me many options to address and fix the issue (once my car arrived). He immediately set up a transport from my home to Ferrari to make it easier on me. The car arrived at Ferrari that same day, the in take photos were done, and the problem was diagnosed very first thing the next morning, and my car was returned to me the following evening. He again, set up Transport for me due to my schedule. I had a fabulous experience working with Andrew And Ferrari of Houston. It makes me a confident and at ease, knowing I can call Adrew in the future with any issues or to purchase or sell my vehicle.
